Why am I so worried about DD being sick?!

Hi, me again... last sunday DD was hospitalised for quite severe tachycardia (racing heart) which caused her to pass out. She has done well this week and was back to her normal self, but now has caught something on her first day back at school and has woken up being sick. Heart rate is fine and I know it's just a kid thing but I can't stop panicking that she will get really ill again! I know it's pathetic but I was just so worried last week and she's never had anything wrong before then. Sorry. Just wanted a whinge really.

What shall I do to help her now? No school tomorrow, or see how she is?

See how she is.

BIG sympathies!

Very normal. Totally normal, what you are feeling.

See how she is and if she feels she wants to go.

Hope she recovers soon.

Thanks. She was fine this morning so must have just been a bit dodge last night. After much flappy deliberation, I sent her to school as she said she felt fine as well. Just with (another) note to warn the school.
