@dementedpixie I don't eat meat, so need to make sure I have enough iron and genuinely don't think I eat enough pulses and beans (about twice a week), spinach about once every two weeks, same goes for vitamin B12.

I thought there might be a nutritionist on here but that's ok!

They seem expensive. Pregnacare do one with omega 3. Ask your midwife what your iron levels are like.
