Best hair skin and nail gummies

After postponing our wedding in July and rescheduled for June 21. Was thinking of taking hair nail and skin gunmies to help with hair growth so it looks thicker as i have fine hair which at times annoys me
Which are the best ones to take as I've been reading up about starpowa and as we are trying to get pregnant is it safe to take these cause of the vitamin A or is there another alternative?

I was told recently that jelly is good for exactly that, it's the gelatin apparently!

My mum made me eat a jelly cube every day as a child to try and help my very fine hair - never worked!! Sorry, have no idea.
