nighttime reflux in 3 week old?

my ds is only 3 weeks but is very unhappy after nighttime feeds. is it possible that this is reflux?

since birth he has been a very tense and screechy baby . I have been to the cranial osteopath who thinks his very fast labour (1.5hours from 1cm to delivery) and having the cord round his neck when born is to blame. since she has treated him, his distress is much more 'normal' and consolable, but seems to come out after nighttime feedings.

he vomits 3 or 4 times during every daytime feed but it doesnt seem to bother him. but at night there is much more wind before the sickness with arching back, inconsolable crying and kicking legs for about 45 mins after each feed.

can reflux only present itself at certain times of the day? Should i try infant gaviscon?

thanks

sounds like good old fashioned pain in the ass colic. it will pass. carry him round in a sling, let him suck your finger anything that pacifys him do it and hopefully he will be more settled in a few weeks.
