she is having heartburn and feeling sick and heaved thismorning just wondered if anyone had any ideas

I had mine put in yesterday and have had some indigestion. My arm KNACKS - having problems breast feeding cos my arm stings so much. ALso have had terrible headache....

Please say this will go away otherwise (due to many contraception issues) will have to explain to DH that there'll be no sex....

Can't remember feeling sick or ill when I had mine put in, it was a long time ago though. I do remember the doctor had great difficulty getting it out as it had literally become part of me!!!! It was excellent while I had it in though.

Was she very sick when pregnant? Most ladies with hyperemesis have to avoid all hormonal contraception. Try NHS direct maybe?

I've got one and didn't have this problem but my cousin has one and at first she was convinced she was pg, had the exact same symptoms, sickness etc It stopped after about a week though.
