Red patches on tongue

Apologies in advice for the horrible photo but does anyone have any idea what this could be or if it's anything to be concerned about? I noticed a few days ago I had these weird patches and pumps on my tongue and underneath I have them of both sides. I haven't burnt my tongue or anything that I'm aware of .They aren't painful probably why I have only just noticed them. I tried booking an appointment with the dentist and GP but giving the current circumstances it's emergency only. Just wondered if anyone had any ideas? Thanks

Does your GP not do treatment if you email a photo in? We have done this and had a prescription sent direct to our nearest chemist.

Yes they do when I initially rang they sent me a link to send some photos in so I did and then rang me again afterwards saying she was slightly concerned but to leave it a couple weeks to see if it goes and that which it really. Didn't really say what it could be or if there was anything I could to do it.
