What’s going on in my head, worried

So I’ve always had a terrible memory, remember nothing much from childhood.for example there isn’t one song in the world that I know all the lyrics to, even if I listen to it 1,000 times, I still will not know the lyrics.

I find I don’t recognise faces and forget faces very easily, even people I went to uni with 4 years ago, it makes me come across as rude but I don’t recognise them, recently I did recognise a girl but when speaking to her I didn’t remember her name and her face almost changed so she didn’t look like who I thought she was even though it was her!

Lately I’m have problems with words, I’m swapping words that are very similar or are in the same context, like ill say can you open the wall instead of window, or will you turn on the chair instead of TV, I had been getting frustrated at my hubby because at the start I felt he should know what I mean but now I realise it’s a problem. Or sometimes I have difficulty explaining things. This latest development has obviously got me worried now and I will be discussing it with my doctor. I’m 38.

Anyone anything similar?

I'm a bit like this, especially when stressed which is a lot of the time for various reasons.

Vitamin deficiency, like B12 maybe, perimenopause? Do you have any existing health conditions?
