A few weeks ago I noticed a darker, rougher patch of skin on one foot. It then came on the other foot and tonight I have found one on my arm. I tried rubbing vigorously and it has come off so it may just be dead cells but I wash daily and they are in distinct spots very different to the rest of my skin.
I would be dismissive but I do have an autoimmune condition so thought I would ask before bothering GP with what is potentially just dirty skin!
