Can anyone tell me what I should be telling my dentist - or asking for at this point?!
Getting close to my wits end here. Had low level pain on and off in lower left For a few weeks, so went to the dentist. Had a filling upper left due in March which never happened, so they did it and a teeny filling on lower left but said My pain might be unrelated and it might be nerve damage and I might need a root canal on one tooth with an old deep filling in the lower left.
That was 2.5 weeks ago and having pain on and off including some days for up to 6 hours continuous throbbing pain now in upper left teeth, which wasn’t an issue before! Went back to the dentist on Monday and was told sensitivity was to be expected and “see how it goes”. Try sensitive toothpaste. Upper left is excruciating yesterday and today. Surely this isn’t normal? I wish I hadn’t gone to the dentist. Lower left pain hasn’t resolved and now new upper left pain!!
