I have just had an appointment sent for me 4.5 year old to have the above booster. I thought he had had all his immunisations prior to him starting school - the last one being last year before starting school. My 7 year old has not had this injection and just wondered if anyone else has had this. I am dreading taking him because the last time he got so upset after having it and everytime we went past the doctors he would say that the nasty people put needles in him in there - that surgery has since burnt down so at least he won't know where I will be taking him. Grateful if anyone could let me know if their little ones have had this and is it a relatively new injection. thanks
