Pain in boob - docs or not?

My right breast has developed a sharp pain that has come on in the last week. I've had a feel and can't feel anyting obvious though it's painful to touch if you hit the right spot. I don't remember being elbowed in the boobs by the kids or anything so I'm not sure wether to go to the docs or not?

hmmm hard one this, i on occaison have this, i think i would be inclined to wait for a week or so to see if the pain wears off, it may be that u have lay on it funny in the night or the kids knocked it and u may not of realised, so i would wait and see for a week (i only say this as u have investigated and havnt founf anything suspicious)
