Tonic water, how much is good to drink a day ?

I’ve started drinking tonic water , just wondering how many glasses a day is good to drink ?

I would keep it to one glass. Don't think it's especially good for you.

Why would it be 'good' for you?

All fizzy drinks are bad potentially and they also mainly all contain sugar.

If you have leg cramps you might be short of magnesium/ salt/ or anaemic.

Only gin makes it palatable, but obvs one cannot spend all day sloshed on gin.

It’s not good if you’re prone to suffering from heart palpitations. Too much quinine can induce arrhythmia.

I used to think that I didn't like gin. Then someone made me a gin and soda and I realised that it was the tonic I didn't like!! Gin and soda all the way Gin...
