nappy rash / impetigo ????

My dd 2yrs, has never really suffered with nappy rash but we hve been up all night with her in discomfort

Her bum has spots all over but she also has red spot under her nose and another just under that

Anyway not sure if it is impetigo or nappy rash or both ?

Are there any treatments i can try without going to docs ??

Thanks, think i will dothat, i have tried nhs direct a few times but they are extremely busy and only dealing with urgent cases (handy!! )

Turns out she has infected Molluscum, i got in touch with doctors in the end, why do these things happen on a sunday

I had never even heard of this before
