Has anyone found a meaning for this? It's driving me crazy....can it be dopamine, like when a drug addict takes drugs?

It's probably vagal nerve stimulation. Eating stimulates the autonomic nervous system, which controls heart rate & blood pressure, and can slightly lower them.

Could be vertigo triggered by jaw movement. Did you have a cold or viral infection recently. Contact your GP, they might prescribe prchlorperazine or something similar. It might pass on its own but does require medication sometimes. As for dopamine- the drug works with dopamine receptor to correct dizziness so you have hit on the nail.

It's just so strange that it's only during the first few bites or even placing food on tongue. I can be in the middle of a conversation with way more jaw movement, but it's the food that sets it off.
