Can food colouring make Poop green?

DS 3.5 had green poop today but otherwise he's fine.
The only thing I can think of is he was given a Halloween treat from grandma yesterday which was 3 different coloured marshmallows with different faces Ie witch, pumpkin and ghost faces all done with black food colouring Icing.
The E numbers on the pack says they contain:
E110, E122, E102, E129, E133 & E171
Does anyone know if these can cause green poop?!

Yes 100%.

Gave my kid a blue whale biscuit

Green poo the next day.
