Orange mucus in poo (pic attached)

Sorry for the tmi but just looking advice/reassurance really. Have severe HA and have an obsession with googling. Have had loose stools the past few days, but have noticed that my stools today have orange mucus in them. Just wondering has anyone else had this? Due to the HA I've lost my appetite so its definitely not something I've eaten.

Are you accustomed to crapping out colours to not know what this is?

I have similar (mucus is a bit darker)as well as episodes of constipation that result in no urge to have a bowel movement at all. It can last a couple of months at a time. The only time I can move my bowels during these episodes is with a simultant laxative.
I am due to have a colonoscopy in 2 weeks so maybe something will show then.
