Hello,

I've suffered for years and although has been managable in the last 5 years, I'm going through a hard time today.

My DS2 (11 months) was sick all Sunday night then DH started and I convinced myself it was something they ate now DH1 2 1/2) has been sick since 2 am and my doctor thinks it's a bug and very likely to get it.

I am really struggling and would almost rather get it over and one with as the waiting is really stressing me out. I'm trying rescue remedy but just wondered if any other emetophobes out there could offer some friendly reassurance.

I'm driving myself and DH mad!

You might not get it.
Last year & the year before, both my boys & their father were wiped out with nasty stomach bugs, and I was the only one to escape them.
Not sure how I managed it, seen as I was the one dealing with the vomity children & bedding, but I was very strict with my hand washing.

Good luck - I hope you escape the bug.

I have never caught one yet from my children. The worst time was when 3 out of the 4 were ill (4th one had tummy ache but no more) and dh and I both had dreadful diarrhoea, but neither of us were sick. Trust in your cast iron stomach!

Thanks both of you, it really does help to hear friendly words!
