Yes, you can OD on iron tablets (particularly small children)

You can deffo OD on Vitamin A, it can wreck your liver.

Lots of herbal treamnets can be toxic.

'natural' does not = safe at all doses

you can take rescue remedy all day long for all the good it will do you!

if you are really into the herbal side of things you should consult a herbalist, self medicating will at best be useless and at worst do harm.

Have you had a medical check up and blood tests? Were the iron tablets prescribed? If so, presumably you will have a follow up appointment to repeat blood tests.

If you are really unwell I hope a doctor is looking after you. Poor you - you sound as if you need some investigations and treatment.

Blood tests all fine. Iron tablets were prescribed (well GP told me to get some) and my haemoglobin has risen slightly while being on them.
