I wonder if any of you have seen anything like this before and can advise.
My little girl is one. Last night I noticed one of her nipples has scabbed over. It doesn't seem to be sore or bothering her. Both her nipples have always been inverted but this one now looks a little swollen.
Anyone have any idea what it might be? Some kind of discharge? Nipple re-inverting? Worth seeing the doctor?
