Should I see my epiglottis this much?

I made a thread on the CV topic but since then I had a look at my throat as I had an itch and my epiglottis is pretty visible.
For context the other symptoms didn’t seem to relate but they were- “Since yesterday I’ve been having sharp pains in my left breast, tight chest when breathing, lethargic, persistent headache and body aches”

I was just going to call the GP in the morning but not sure if I should call 111 for advice instead.

I would always call 111 with any kind of chest pain & tightness. Not sure if it's related or not but should definitely be checked out. Hope you feel better soon.

Hey, I'm a 15 year old who's currently having the exact same problems you had, I was curious if you ever found out what it is and what to do I'm honestly terrified it's something bad
