HELP!!! really weird symptom: lip tingles when press chin!

hi everyone, I have a weird symptom (I also have anxiety!). Basically when I press an area on my chin I feel a tingle in my lip! I'm freaking out after reading about numb chin syndrome. But about 3 Doctors have said it isn't this as it only happens when I press it! But it is weird. Has anyone else experienced this?

You may just be pressing on a nerve which is connected to your lip. There is an area on my upper back that when I itch it I get a stabbing pain in my lower back.

my GP pretty much said the same. He said I've just irritated a nerve! Aren't bodies weird!!

I know! My weirdest one is that if I rub between my eyebrows I sneeze. Work that one out

haha! that is weird. I think I've caused it myself by pressing it so much. But who knows!
