What is this rash on my leg???

It has appeared in the last hour or so on my calf, not painful or itchy and no other symptoms. Is it worth going to hospital? I am worried could be meningitis

Have you been walking in this warm weather? It could be “Golfer’s vasculitis” AKA Disney rash.
I’ve had it in the past as has my friend, although we are probably much older than you (it’s more common with age). If it’s that, it’s nothing to worry about.
