So what about getting some of those insoles for my slippers instead?
My osteopath mentioned that me (and other people) are getting back ache and stiff ankles because we are poddling around at home all as barefoot or in soft slippers.
I told a friend this and he started wearing (new) shoes indoors for most of the day and said it really helped.
I can’t quite bring myself to wear shoes indoors (clumping around on wooden floors) - and I was looking at some rigid-soled shoes to try and an ad for orthotic insoles popped up.
Would these work in my slippers? Anyone know?
