Not sure if it's related to fibromyalgia or not. It's like a sort of tingling/buzzing feeling, I have felt it several times today, down my left arm, down my body and into my leg, right into my ankle. Feeling it again now.
I do get pins and needles and numbness sometimes in my fingers and arms during a flare up, but this feels a bit different.
