Has anyone had laser surgery for astigmatism at the same time as a new lens in cataract surgery?

If so... wonder what you think?

I gather that it means I can have clearer vision as I have a better quality lens rather than a Toric lens put in....

BUT I'm 59 and laser surgery is often not recommended at this age!!

Confused.....
