is pizza bad to eat?

My DH read that pizza is among 10 worst foods and he stopped eating it because of that. He is happy though to have steak and kidney pie or pudding and toad in the hole. To my mind all of these foods are fattening and i can't understand why pizza is worst then toad in the hole. Would anyone please tell me whether pizza is a no, no and whether it's worse then the foods I've mentioned? Ta very much.

TheWorstMotherInTheWorld, do you mind telling me what advice you were given/ I understand how individual the advice ca be but there should be some common things which might be good for other people and not everyone can find a truly good nutricianist. Ta very much.

Basicaly she advised me to follow an anti-candida diet, which is not for the faint-hearted, and I also had to take loads of vitamin and mineral supplements. The whole process took a couple of years and 'cured' my acne as well as sorting out blood sugar issues which were causing mood swings. However I have lapsed completely. I know what I should be eating but I'm not doing it...just too tired and no time to look after myself, have good intentions to start again once bfeeding is over...

Yes, you are tight, I simply couldn't take it. I'm struggling with no carbs after 5 diet which is the easiest I've ever tried.
