Menopace - nausea and stomach pains

Hi I'm pretty sure Menopace is giving me (mild) nausea and weird stomach pains. I've suspected for a while and have been experimenting this past 2 weeks. When I don't take it I am nausea and stomach pain free, when I do, I'm not.

2 questions - has anyone else experienced this? I cannot see anything about these side effects on the internet. And what else can I take? I'm early 60s and hoping I'm the right side of the menopause.

TIA.

Have you tried taking it with food? That might help.

If there's magnesium in it it could be that, do you take it in the morning?

Thanks yes - I do take it with food, and yes I take it in the morning.

I would change to taking it at night, magnesium helps you sleep, but if I take it in the morning it always makes me feel nauseous.

Hi. I've been taking it for 3 weeks and I have the same issues. Upset stomach and nausea.
