Fungal fingernail and pregnancy

I’ve been using Curanail for a few weeks but I’m pregnant so have stopped. The infection is growing out of the nail but what else can I use in pregnancy to treat it?

I would be interested to hear any suggestions too.
I was using vicks vapo rub on my fungal toe nails (ick) for a good 6 months with some success. But I am in the early stages of pregnancy so stopped just in case it’s not a good idea.
I have used tea tree oil in the past too, but google searches don’t definitively say if either of these things are safe to use in pregnancy.
