I'm on a bit of a health kick at the moment as my lifestyle was probably not the healthiest and have started taking various supplements - Milk Thistle, Aveno Sativa, a Probiotic, Fish Oils and a Multivitamin. But I'm not sure if I am taking the correctly or not.
Morning I take (in order) Milk Thistle, wait a bit then take my probiotic, multivit and oils - after breakfast Aveno Sativa.
Lunch - Aveno Sativa
Evening - Probiotic, Multivit and oils followed by Aveno Sativa and Milk Thistle after dinner
Does the fact that I take some altogether confuse my system?
