Since February I’ve had an occasional pain in my upper tibia area. I’m not sure if it’s in the bone or a vein. It wakes me at night sometimes yet it’s rare I feel it during the day.
No swelling, no hot area and it is fairly localised to the top of my tibia, and slightly to the right of centre
It’s not shin splints but is feels a little like that.
Any thoughts anyone?
