What could this lump be in my mouth?

Woke up this morning and felt a very tiny pinprick size hard bump on the inside of mouth where my chin is. It's hard, and unmovable. I had a look and it seems to have a slightly yellow head but doesn't hurt at all.
Kinda worrying what it could be? I have diagnosed anxiety and jump to the worst conclusion always. Sad

mouth ulcer?

@emmathedilemma

mouth ulcer?
I get mouth ulcers and have the anbesol ready but this is different :(

No pain, no redness, just a hard tiny bump! I keep trying to flick it off with my tongue but it's obviously part of the tissue

Ouch! Maybe a spot? As with majority of spots, they can take a few days to properly ripen (ewww) and form a whitehead/pus?

I had what sounds like one of these OP. I asked my dentist about it and she said it was nothing to worry about, this was years ago and it’s still there so I guess she was right!

I think she said it was a blocked something or other but nothing sinister. Maybe get it checked for peace of mind?

Thank you, I'm pretty sure it's something random and benign! It's just odd if came out of no where.

I sent a photo to my dentist friend and she said it looks harmless and possibly something called a mucocele. I'll try and keep an eye over it for the next few days and see if it goes away!

I’ve just googled mucocele and mine isn’t like that, it’s more of a hard pimple that’s always there, not painful or anything, I forget it’s there until my tongue catches it!

What I have sounds more like what you have, it's like a small pimple but doesn't hurt! Strange it just came up overnight
