We have had nothing but trouble here for years.
Nothing to do with cuts etc.
Botched surgeries, misdiagnosis just naf doctors and nurses.

I like the French system where the doctors are all private so you get to choose, but 77% of the cost is paid from the government healthcare fund and then you need insurance for the last section, you can top your insurance up to get higher cover in certain areas. The insurance is provided by NFP mutual companies.

I think the way the nhs is divided up into hospital trusts, ccgs, and gps surgeries affects care in some areas and the pressure on services. The area I live in is excellent and has improved greatly during the last few years ( it was good then).
So maybe consider others areas of the uk.
