Is this safe whilst pregnant?

Hi! Sorry i don't know where to post this. I'm very early days pregnant and don't have a midwife yet. I'm going to start swimming again now that it's open but I normally drink these drinks after doing so to stop me getting headaches later in the day. I don't know how to find out or who to ask if these are safe?!

ingredients look OK. Its excess vitamin A that you need to avoid. Take folic acid and vitamin D too

Swimming gives you a headache???

Surely a headache means you are dehydrated and should drink more water? What are the tablets for? They contain alot of salt so might be to help with leg cramps? I'd ease off them and rehydrate more.
