Has anyone ever discharged them self from hospital? I’m 32 weeks and thought my waters broke so came into hospital, been checked over and confirmed that they haven’t and had bloods taken and they’ve came back fine. Was told I’ve got to stay in for 24 hours to be monitored but because I had a high temperature once lastnight they want to put me on antibiotics and monitor me for another night to see how I react to them. I’ve got a baby at home who isn’t very well and I need to get home to them as I’m struggling to find someone to look after them. There is nothing wrong with me now, no waters leaking, no infection, no temperature etc

Yes I've done it several times. When pregnant as I needed to get home. So the answer to your question is, yes of course you can.

However --- just because you can doesn't mean you should! You should be taking medical advice and not putting yourself at risk here

I know that makes me a massive hypocrite however but it's the only 'sensible' answer really
