Paracetamol not really working, cant take nurofen.
It usually is ok until the evening but is making me dizzy this morning. Having test for thyroid cancer - have appt in 2 weeks in hospital. Bloods back and not looking good. But meantime - the pressure in the bit between my shoulder and neck is making me feel sick. Weird feeling, hard to describe. almost surreal?? What am I talking about.
Any idea on good painkillers would be great.
