My DD has an appointment next week at 9.40 in the morning. I need to get an appointment for DS also. They are 4 and 2 respectively. I called to see if DS could be seen at the same appointment time but no, not a chance. It has to be two separate appointments. So I am inconvenienced, I am taking up another slot thus depriving someone else and will no doubt have to wait for some considerable time with each appointment.
