Every time I drink alcohol my eyelid twitches

So as the title said, whenever I drink alcohol my eyelid twitches. Specifically under my eye. I don't drink alcohol to excess and I only drink at weekends. It's getting really annoying, what the eff is causing this?

I’ve also had these in the past, I was told that stress and tiredness can cause them and alcohol can make them worse. I go through phases of having them for hours at a time and then they’ll disappear for months.
