Pain below my ribs - I think it’s my xiphoid process/diaphragm

Since yesterday the area just below my gibs is a bit sore - in particular the bit just at the bottom of the sternum. It hurts if I am turning while lying down and the bit just at the bottom of the sternum is very tender to touch. Have done some googling and it looks like it’s in the area of something Called the xiphoid process... has anyone had this?

Simplest reason could be that you are sitting in a bad position - hunching a lot.
