Wierd PMT Symptoms

Been getting these really wierd PMT symptoms since giving birth a year ago. For about a week before i feel all lightheaded (its like my head is full of cotton wool). Anyone had anything similar?

I don't feel sick or anything like that - its just a strange feeling as if my face is full of pressure! Not sinus tho. Have had all that checked. Does strange things to our bodies this pregnancy lark!!! Oh to be a man.....(maybe not)!
