Sore bellybutton

My DS's (20 weeks) bellybutton has become really red and sore looking.

Do I just keep it clean and let it heal itself or should I put something on it?

Could he have a bit of a fungal infection. Try a sopt of canesten and see if that shifts it.

If it's infected though he may need an anti-biotic cream like fucidin.
