I've got groin pain, recently been referred to the physiotherapist and he's given me some exercises to do, but I'm aware it's going to take some time to see results.
It's really getting me down, I'm only 33 with two young children and today it's so bad I can't actually walk without a shooting pain in my groin area.
I just want some hope that it gets better as I'm worried about my future mobility :(
