why why why? Suddenly got eczema all over again after not having it like this for a few years

We don't have central heating, haven't changed any laundry detergent, WTF am I so itchy and scaly?

Wish I could shed my skin like a lizard, that'd be handy

Did you eat anything unusual? New shampoo? Just thoughts as those are things that have triggered it for me before...

Is it the change in the weather? The resent coolish weather combined with rain has set mine of big time.

yes, it's probably the colder weather. Cold always seems to set it off.
