I feel exhausted with hay fever

Is it usual to feel exhausted? I'm sneezing every 3 seconds literally it's awful and my eyes are streaming. What can I take?

What have you tried already? I find an OTC antihistamine, eye drops and nasal spray on conjunction usually work. Some seasons are worse than others and I get a prescription antihistamine for the GP which helps

Same, it's really bad this year! Even with antihistamines it takes it out of me. I find having a shower after being outside makes it easier once inside. And using a wet cotton bud to clean itchy eyes!
