She was very sick on friday, throwing up everything but water. Yesterday she was a bit better, ate a bit and drank a lot.
Dh changed her this morning and can't remember whether her nappy was wet or not as it was a disposable.
She did a poo later in the morning in another disposable and I didn't notice if it was wet but I have just changed a cloth nappy 6 hours later (yes, I forgot!) and it was bone dry. Should I be worried? She seems fine and is a lot more perky but she doesn't want to drink today.
