How much water should I drink?

Hi, I keep thinking to ask this question. I know it's widely recommended to drink at least 2 littres of water a day. Would soup count as i use a lot of water to make it. Would fruit juice, fruit, vegetable count as they have a lot of water in them. A cucumber as a good example I think. I personally find I need to go more often since i drink more water. Would anyone help me with my question, please? Ta.

I think soup would count as food as would cucumber. AFAIK its got to be liquids like water, juice etc. Tea and coffee aren't as good as they are diuretics but they are better than nothing.
