My 3yr old dd has been getting small raised bumps that look hot. They appear on her face/arms/hnads feet/legs at different times. They seem to stay there for about 10-20 mins and then disappear totally. they dont seem to bother her - she isn't scratching or complaining of anything in particular. So I am not very bothered by them but both hubby and childminder are concerned. has anyones child had anything like this?
