floppy arms and legs

has anyone ever known a child with really floppy legs and arms the child in question is 18 months

when did they go floppy? Just now or all the time?

Get him/her assessed by a GP.

My sister's little girl had something like this, she also couldn't push herself up or climb, was to do with very flexible tendons, she was given extensive physio and is now 14 and don't do much sport, can dance very well though.

Anything been noted by health visitor or GP re poor muscle tone at any stage?
