I had surgery for endometriosis in 2018, seemed to work. Periods seem to be more erratic in the last year, am now 51. A week ago I was hit with a burst of pain and bloating resembling me when I was 6 months pregnant. Weighed myself and half a stone heavier than normal. Horrendous. Is this my ovaries' last gasp? I am just feeling crap, been shoving progesterone pessaries up there today as took mefenamic acid for two days which did nothing and made me feel sick. Any thoughts or help v much appreciated. Christ knows when I can see a doctor.

I am in Australia so not sure how urgent medical care works with covid lockdown for you in uk, but I would insist to be seen urgently. Your Endo might me masking other ovarian issues so I would insist in being seeing, There must be some sort of minimal care available.
Your age, bloating, pain, weight gain, fatigue are red flags.

yes, absolutely go and get seen.
might be nothing, but those could be symptoms of a cyst or gynecological cancer.
