I am wondering if anyone has any experience of lower back pain that only occurs when walking?
My back doesn't hurt at all when sitting or moving around or lying down/sleeping etc. However, I start walking and within 3 or 4 minutes I am crippled with pain in my.lower back, towards the right side. The only way to relieve it is to bend forwards, like touching my toes. I can then walk for 3 or 4 minutes again and the pains comes back.
I can bike for miles with no pain.
Does anyone have any ideas?
