Can anyone recommend any pescatarian omega 3 capsules that are phospholipid bound?

Hi,

I'm looking for an omega 3 supplement which is phospholipid bound (would prefer to not to take a liquid if possible). I am pescatarian, so I do not eat meat but I do eat fish. The capsules of the ones I have looked at are all made of bovine gelatine.
Has anyone got any recommendations?
